When I first began my weight loss journey, I truly had no idea where to start. Healthy food wasn’t accessible to me, and even when I had it, I didn’t know how to prepare it in a way that actually worked for my goals. I tried every fad diet out there—if you can name it, I probably gave it a shot. And every time, I fell short. Looking back, I realize it wasn’t because I wasn’t capable; it was because I was uninformed, inconsistent, and, most importantly, I hadn’t yet learned how to care for myself with love.

Over time, that changed. I became the example I once wished I had—someone who shows up, learns, and keeps going. That’s why I chose to step into online coaching. It gives me the chance to reach women all over the world, women who are walking the same path I once did. I know firsthand how overwhelming and lonely this journey can feel, especially without a strong support system—which is why building that community matters so much to me.

Traditional training can sometimes feel disconnected, or even intimidating—especially when the trainer hasn’t lived in a body like yours, or when you’re walking into a gym alone. My mission is to change that experience, creating a space where women feel seen, supported, and empowered every step of the way.

I’m a fitness and nutrition coach who transformed my own life by losing 120 pounds naturally and now helps other women do the same. My passion is guiding women to create deep, lasting change that starts on the inside and reflects on the outside.
